Even though it was a struggle in the beginning--latch problems, dropper feedings, painful nipples--it has been such a beautiful experience.
I am hopeful that I'll be able to do the same with Baby #2.
Update: Tavin didn't ask for two weeks to "eat" as we call it. Then he got sick and that's all he wanted to do. I tried, but from the pregnancy and the time from the last feeding, it was gone. So now when he asks I tell him "all gone". He gets pretty upset and it's hard to tell him "no", but it is probably for the best that he is done.
