Bathroom Remodel!

So I've been MIA for a little bit because I was on a staycation and then I was catching up with actual work!  So what did my staycation entail?  Cleaning..and lots of it!  I have this really nice list of Spring (and fall, too) Cleaning that I was trying to get through on my staycation.  I made it through a majority of the house but just have some outside stuff to do.

The other reason for my staycation, we were/are getting our main bathroom remodeled.  What a headache that is!  I really hate remodeling.  Mostly because I am a visual person.  Sure it looks good on paper but I NEED to see it.

Well when I actually saw what was going in, I knew it wasn't going to work and I tried to figure out how to make it work.  But nothing came to me so I then proceeded to have a major breakdown: tears, sobbing, hyperventilating the whole nine yards!  Basically what happened is that we are installing a double sink.  The first of the double sinks would sit about 4 inches from the wall.  Have you ever tried washing your face or doing anything 4 inches from a wall?  Not easy!  So Shaun, being the calm person he is, dealt with talking to our contractor and getting a new vanity top ordered.  We had to go through the whole ordeal of moving the plumbing for the sinks (again) and now waiting for the new top (going into week #2).  So our bathroom is currently half usable.  The toilet and shower work but there is no sink....
